At Rusty Stitches, we’re thrilled to immerse ourselves in the captivating world of custom motorcycle creations brought to life by Moto Adonis. Join us as we delve into Episode 3 of The Adonis Built Series, where we uncover the stories behind the build of an iconic dual-sport motorcycle.
Moto Adonis is renowned for its expertise in crafting bespoke motorcycles tailored to each client’s unique vision. With a dedication to quality and innovation, they bring their customers’ dreams to life.

No adventure bike list would be complete without the Suzuki DR650. It is a very practical and affordable adventure bike that is simple and easy to work on, packs a punch, is lightweight, and can handle itself very well off-road. Therefore, this bike is a perfect candidate to build into a cool-looking all-road monster.
So, a pretty simple build, you think? Think again, because the team at Moto Adonis received a challenge from the customer when tasked with building this motorcycle. The customer almost couldn’t touch the ground when sitting normally on the bike. Naturally, the guys at Moto Adonis didn’t see this as too big of a problem and just solved it by building a completely custom rear frame. They also used smaller-sized wheels to address this issue.
Moto Adonis is renowned for its creativity in crafting bespoke motorcycles tailored to each client’s unique vision. So with this bike, it was no exception. The color scheme is one of the most eye-catching features of this bike. It’s a bold choice to combine orange, two shades of green, and golden Excel wheels, but it works very well in our opinion!

But this bike is not only about looks; technically, the bike is also updated. It has a Motogadget system, Kellermann blinkers and rear lights, a Highsider headlight, and a custom navigation tower with custom windshields. For better handling, a Husqvarna 701 front fork was fitted, and for the rear shock, they have chosen a YSS model. The engine is also modified; the cylinder is bored up to 680 cc with a high-compression piston. The custom exhaust is built in-house from stainless steel with a MAD Exhaust muffler.
We at Rusty Stitches really like this bike. It’s still a classic-looking bike with modern styling and features, just like our Orlando Jacket and Clyde V2 gloves that Job is wearing in the pictures.

With a dedication to quality and innovation, the team at Moto Adonis brought a customer’s dreams to life once again. Whether it’s a classic-looking bike or a modern masterpiece, Moto Adonis is the destination for those seeking the ultimate in custom craftsmanship. At Rusty Stitches, we applaud Moto Adonis for their dedication to pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.
