Rusty Stitches X Motormeiden
At the beginning of this year, Rusty Stitches & Motormeiden launched a competition to design the perfect female bikerjacket. More than 200 women from the Netherlands and Belgium have send their design and gave tips and tricks for the perfect bikerjacket. Let’s say, this bikerjacket is designed and made by woman!
The jacket is called ANNA, named after the winner of the design competition.

Simply clever in every detail
The Motormeiden bikerjacket is equipped with all handy (motorcycle) gadgets and has a detail! So that means:
- There are zippers on the hip for 10 cm more clearance.
- Zippers at the wrists to adjust for a perfect fit.
- The jacket can be attached to the pants with buckles and push buttons.
- The jacket is extra long so that you never have a bare back.
- The jacket has many pockets that you don’t see at first glance but are very handy.
- The jacket has 2 ventilation zippers on the chest.
According to Rusty Stitches, there is clearly a lot of demand for good female motorcycle jackets. “With the Motormeiden motorcycle jacket, we looked at how we can embrace all those beautiful feminine shapes and pour this into a perfect female motorcycle jacket. We think that has worked out well, although there is always room for improvement’
